If you are encountering issues with any of the services Eluvio Live offers, you can reach out by clicking on the ‘Get Help’ button on the bottom right corner of the screen. This will create a support ticket and someone will get back to you in 1-2 business days. You can also email us directly at [e-mail] for assistance. 

Eluvio Live is based in Berkeley, California and our online availability is based on the Pacific Time Zone. We are dedicated on providing the best experience for our users - artists, publishers and fans - and we’ll do our best to provide assistance whenever it’s needed.
